2. Purpose of processing, legal basis for processing and users of personal data
With your consent, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:
– to inform you about our current offers, news, benefits and promotions,
– to keep in touch with you in relation to our activities,
– to keep you informed about services related to our activity,
– to communicate statistics to state authorities, municipal authorities and other persons exercising public powers
and for any other purpose as more specifically set out in your consent.
We do not carry out automated decision-making on the basis of the processing of data.
We will only process your personal data for which you have given your consent or assent. We collect personal data on the basis of your explicit, free, unambiguous and affirmative consent. The personal data of our clients requires the consent of his/her legal representative. Consents are stored together with the content of the form used to obtain them.
Personal data will only be processed by those persons at the controller who have a basis for processing in a particular case:
– for notifications related to our activity
– for the compilation of statistics
– for another legitimate and lawful purpose
If we transfer personal data to an external processor for a specific case, we will take care, taking into account your security, that we have an appropriate data processing contract with the external processor and that the external processor respects data protection.
3. Transfer of personal data to another country
We store personal data and personal data collections in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and do not export them to other countries.
4. Retention period
We retain personal data of an individual obtained on the basis of consent until revocation, unless there is another statutory basis for processing the data. In any case, we delete the data as soon as the basis for retention no longer exists.
5. Rights of the data subject (person)
I am aware of the following:
– that I may withdraw my consent at any time (right to withdraw consent), whereby the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing of data carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal. I may withdraw my consent at the contact details provided in the first point of this Policy,
– that in the event of withdrawal of consent, I will no longer be informed of current offers, news, benefits and promotions and other activities carried out by the controller,
– that I may at any time request the controller to provide me with access to my personal data and to information on whether the controller is processing data relating to me (right of access to data and right of access to data),
– I may request the controller to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning me without undue delay (right of rectification) or to erase my personal data, except where the controller is required by law to retain the data (right to erasure),
– that I may request the controller to process my data only to a limited extent where I contest the inaccuracy of the data or where the processing is unlawful and I object to the erasure of the data, or where the data are no longer necessary for the purpose of the processing and I need the data for legal purposes or where I lodge an objection (right to restriction of processing),
– I can ask the controller to send me my personal data or to send them to another controller (right to data portability),
– that I can lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, whose contact details are also available on the Commissioner’s website: https://www.ip-rs.si/ (right to lodge a complaint)
– that the controller will not process the data for any purpose other than that for which they were collected and that, if this is not the case, the controller will inform the data subject and provide him/her with all the information required before further processing for another purpose.
I have also informed the data subject:
– that I may lodge with the controller an objection to the processing of my personal data, on the basis of which the controller will, unless there are compelling legitimate interests for processing which override my interests, cease processing my data (right to object).

6. Miscellaneous
In the event of a change in the rules on the protection of personal data, the controller undertakes to comply with the change in the rules.
The rules on the protection and processing of personal data based on the consent of the data subject shall apply from 2 May 2024 and shall apply from 2 May 2024.
Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files stored in your browser that allow analysis when using the website. Information Obtained from Other Sources
We collaborate with advertising partners to help us improve our online presence and experience on our site.
