The owner of the online shop SPY SPORT is RENOSPOT Rene Mlekuž s.p., Uršičev Štradon 34, 1000 Ljubljana, Tax ID: SI50966766 (hereinafter referred to as the provider).
The General Terms and Conditions are derived from the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1) and bind the buyer at the time of purchase (placing an order for selected items in the SPY SPORT online store).
1. Conclusion of the contract:
By confirming and clicking on the “Buy Now” button, the Buyer places a binding order for the selected items in the SPY SPORT online store. The order confirmation is issued immediately after the order has been placed and is sent to the e-mail address with which the customer has registered in the online shop. At that moment the contract is concluded.
2. Withdrawal from the contract
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without cause 14 days after receipt of the goods. The withdrawal period expires within 14 days from the day on which the goods are physically received by the buyer or a third party (designated by the buyer). The Buyer must notify the withdrawal from the contract to office@spy-sport.com before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal and return of goods
If the Buyer withdraws from the Contract, the Supplier shall refund all payments received, including delivery costs, without delay and in any event within 14 days of the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The refund shall be made by the Provider in the same manner and by the same means of payment as the Buyer’s transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Buyer.
The Provider may withhold the Purchase Price until the Goods have been returned to the Provider or the Buyer has sent confirmation that the Goods have been returned.
The goods shall be returned to the agreed address of the SPY SPORT webshop operator within 14 days of the cancellation notice.
3. Payment
The following payment methods are available in the SPY SPORT Shop:

Prices are valid at the time the customer places the order. In the event of a misrepresentation of the price, the supplier will offer the buyer a cancellation or a mutually satisfactory solution.
4. Delivery
Items ordered on SPY SPORT WEB SHOP will be shipped as soon as possible. If we receive the order by 11:00, we usually dispatch the items on the same working day.
We cooperate with GLS with whom the shipment will be sent. Delivery is expected within 1-5 working days and is scheduled in the morning. If the customer is not at the scheduled delivery location at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave a message with instructions for collection.
The delivery charge is uniform for the whole of Slovenia and is EUR 4,90€ incl. VAT. It is also possible to collect the parcel from GLS ParcelShop units or GLS Parcel Machines. Delivery is free of charge for purchases over 100,00 EUR.
Prices
The online price is valid for all registered customers of the spy-sport.com online shop. You become a registered customer when you place an order via the online shopping cart on the SPY SPORT SHOP.
All prices on the SPY SPORT WEB SHOP are expressed in EUR and are valid on the day of purchase or order execution. VAT taxable persons are obliged to indicate their tax number at the time of registration. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price valid at the time of placing the order will be taken into account for the purchase.
5. Complaints & Returns
As a buyer, you have the right to return the purchased goods without any compensation. You must notify the supplier in writing of your intention to return or withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. In this case, you are responsible for the costs incurred in returning the purchased product. The products must be unused, undamaged and in their original undamaged packaging. The Provider is not obliged to accept ransom shipments or shipments that do not comply with the Provider’s General Terms and Conditions.
Exceptions for the return of goods:
You may not return the goods ordered under the conditions set out below in the following cases:
In the case of machinery, appliances, computer equipment, audio and video recordings and computer programs, if you have already opened the security seal or unpacked it from the original packaging, in the case of a supply of books, if the product is made according to the consumer’s instructions and tailored to your needs, if it is a perishable product or if it is a product that has reached the end of its shelf life (e.g. used CD media, cartridges cartridges, toners and other consumables, beverages, food, etc.).
In exceptional cases where items are not returned in accordance with the PSPO, we may offer to buy the item back with appropriate compensation to be determined at the time of return. The redemption at a reduced value will be taken into account upon confirmation by the consumer by email. As a consumer, you will benefit from this redemption only when ordering another item of equal or higher value.
Withdrawal In the case of distance or off-premises contracts, you have the right as a consumer to inform the company within 14 days that you are withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for your decision. In doing so, you are only liable for the costs referred to in Article 43d(7) of this Act.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we shall return all payments received immediately or, at the latest, within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract. You may give notice of withdrawal to the company using the form provided in this link or by making an unequivocal statement clearly indicating that you are withdrawing from the contract. As a consumer, you will be deemed to have given your notice of withdrawal in time if you send it within the time limit set for withdrawal.
Effect of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this Contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (excluding any additional charges arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard offer with us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are notified of your decision to withdraw from this Contract. We will make such refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund. We may withhold until we have received the Goods or you have provided evidence of the return of the Goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the Goods to us or surrender them without undue delay in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this Contract. The time limit is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14 days. You shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling which is unnecessary and which is found not to be in accordance with the nature, character and performance of the goods.
Acknowledgement of liability for material defects
A defect is a material defect:
if the thing does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or for circulation, if the thing does not have the characteristics necessary for the particular use for which the buyer is buying it, which was known or should have been known to the seller, if the thing does not have the characteristics and qualities which were expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed, if the seller has delivered a thing which does not correspond to a sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for the purpose of giving notice.
For online purchases, if you are a consumer under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, you can claim for material defects within two years of the date on which the goods were delivered, by means of the original invoice and the delivery note. You can thus exercise your rights as follows:
if you notify the seller of the defect within two months of the date on which the defect was discovered, you are obliged to describe the defect in more detail in the complaint form and to allow the seller to inspect the item, you may notify the seller of the defect in person, in which case we, as the seller, must issue you with a receipt, the consumer who has correctly notified the seller of the defect has the right to require the seller to: rectify the defect in the goods or refund a proportion of the amount paid in proportion to the defect or replace the defective goods with new faultless goods or refund the amount paid.
If the defect is not disputed, we will comply with the buyer’s request as soon as possible, but at the latest within eight days.
If the defect is disputed, we as the supplier shall respond to the request in writing no later than eight days after receipt of the request. In the event that we destroy or lose a product that has been provided to us for repair, maintenance or finishing, we shall be obliged, at your option, to provide you with a new identical product within eight days or to immediately pay compensation equal to the retail price of the new product.
A claim is valid on presentation of the original invoice, delivery receipt and a completed claim form.
In the event of an approved complaint for a material defect, you are also entitled to reimbursement of any delivery costs incurred in the case of an online purchase.
A buyer who is not a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act shall exercise his/her rights to warranty claims in accordance with the applicable law.
